Basil Boats
Basil leaves
Diced tomatoes
Goat cheese
Pine nuts
Olive oil (or grape seed oil)
Fresh ground pepper
Rinse basil leaves and dry. Fill leaves with goat cheese, then top with diced tomatoes. Sprinkle on the pine nuts. Drizzle olive (or grape seed) oil over the top. Finish by grinding fresh pepper. Enjoy!
