Garbanzo Spread
1/2 c chopped onion
1 clove garlic (or more)
1 T oil - Cook until onion transparent
Dash cumin - Cook until fragrant
Dash salt
1/2 t. oregano
1 t. basil
1/2 bunch parsley chopped - Add herbs, cook 1 minute
Juice of lemon
3 c garbanzo beans
2/3 c toasted sesame seeds - careful - cook fast, put seeds in food processor first,
add rest and puree.
