• 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons key lime juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel (from above lemons)
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel (from above oranges)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin seed
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 chicken, cut into pieces or an equivalent amount of chicken breasts
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
Mix first twelve ingredients. Add chicken pieces and onion. Marinate in refrigerator atleast two hours (overnight is better).

Prepare grill for cooking. Remove chicken from marinade. Boil the marinade and use to baste the chicken while grilling. Eat.
